Moment de 2004
During the 2004 Tournoi a beautiful strike by Berny was lost in the trees, literally! Closer inspection of the assumed trajectory revealed the ball to be lodged firmly halfway up a tree.
Moment de 2005
During the 2005 Tournoi Richard pummelled the ball off the tee with the requisite amount of top spin. It was subsequently found buried in the side of a very deep ditch traversing the fairway. That’s certainly one way of avoiding a water hazard!
Moment de 2006
The Champagne tree from 2004 came into play again during the 2006 Tournoi. After a cracking drive Dave was suitably unimpressed by his lie. Not very easy to spot but the tree nicely snookers any chance of a shot to the green.
